In this initial phase, we take the time to understand your business and customers. During this meeting we put emphasis on education, explaining to you all of the different options we could take from a top-level view, and getting crystal clear on what direction you want to take.

Stage 2: Research and Insights Discussion

With an understanding of your goals that we captured in the requirements session, we start the second and our favourite phase, the research phase. Our digital marketing specialist will take the time to perform in-depth keyword research, competitor research and audience research in order to deliver valuable insights that we will use to shape our campaign strategy moving forward. This phase should leave you feeling 100% confident in our ability to deliver… and a little bit blown away.

Stage 3: Scope of Work and Campaign Proposal

From the data rich and in-depth research we have completed, only then do we bring in our creative side to start mapping out a performance driven strategy to deliver on your goals. We will build out a clear and actionable scope of work, with all requirements and costs factored in, we don’t believe in hidden fees and set our rates fairly and up-front. Once you are fully satisfied and ready to take the next steps, we move forward with the campaign builds and get everything ready for your final review.

Stage 4: Campaign Build Review and Sign-Off

We now present you with your finished campaign(s) and give you the opportunity to make any final changes that you may like to add. Once these changes have been made, we get your final sign-off and approval before pushing your campaigns live.
